Safety - Know Before You Go

The Park offers a variety of water-based activities for all ages and all swim levels. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and enforced. We strongly recommend that Minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

Only you know your own, your child's, or anyone you are supervising level of swimming skills.  We strongly recommend all Guests under 48" or who are weak or non-swimmers wear Coast Guard approved lifejackets where appropriate. In the wave pool, all guests under 48" are REQUIRED to wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by an adult.  We insist that parents keep their children within arms reach for their close supervision on all water activities. Life jackets are available free of charge.  When in doubt, wear a life jacket!

Diving is not permitted in any pool or attraction at the park.

Proper swimwear must be worn on all rides and attractions.
No street clothes and no bathing attire with buckles, belts, rivets, metal or cut-off jeans permitted. For guest safety, no masks, snorkels or swim fins please.

VIRGINIA GRAEME BAKER POOL AND SPA SAFETY ACT - On December 19th 2008 the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act went into effect. This new law requires VGB Compliant Pool Drain Grates. We are VGB Compliant but please note in some applications these grates have a raised profile off the floor as mandated by the Law. Warning: Raised Grate - All of our raised grates have a red circle highlighting their location. They are designed to be stepped on but in shallow water situations they may pose a tripping hazard.

Park Rules

• Alligator Ambush: 48" and taller to ride. Must have a partner to ride. Lifejackets can be worn. No denim, no water shoes. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap. Double tube only. Maximum weight limit 400lbs
• Wave Pool: 48" and under MUST WEAR LIFEJACKET and be within arms reach of a guardian. NO ARM FLOATIES ( WATER WINGS). 3 CHILDREN PER GUARDIAN. NO OTHER FLOTATION DEVICES ALLOWED ( noodles, water rings, knee boards, kick boards, baby floats)
• Hurricane:  42" or taller to Ride. No double riding. No denim. Lifejackets can be worn. No water shoes. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap. Single tube only.
• Bullet: 42” or taller to ride. No Lifejackets. No denim, No water shoes, No shirts, No double riding. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap.
• Osceola revenge – 42” or taller to ride. No Lifejackets. No denim, No water shoes, No shirts, No double riding. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap.
• Bunyan's Bend – 42” or taller to ride. No Lifejackets. No denim, No water shoes, No shirts, No double riding. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap.
• Mini Monster - 42" or taller to ride. No Lifejackets. No denim, No water shoes, No shirts, No double riding. Sunglasses can be worn only with a strap.
• Tad Pool: 42" and under allowed. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Kids Cove:  Have Fun!!!
• Over All PARK Rules: No snorkles. No outside food or drinks. No coolers allowed. No smoking.
• Radios, tape/cd players or televisions without earphones are not allowed.
• You may leave and re-enter the park on the same day if you have your hand stamped at the exit turnstile
• The Park offers a variety of water-based activities for all ages and all swim levels.  Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and enforced.   Children under age 12 should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, and children age 12 or over should be supervised by an adult familiar with the child’s swim level so as to make appropriate decisions as to the attractions suitable for that child.

• Swim diapers or plastic pants are required for children wearing diapers or training pants
• Wild Waters Waterpark requires anyone using our water attractions to wear proper swimwear attire. (No cut-offs, rivets or thongs).
• Wild Waters Waterpark is concerned about your safety! To ensure the safety and security of our guests, our front gate policy requires that all bags and containers are subject to search and NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE will be permitted into the park with the exception of unopened bottled water and needed baby items.
